Who we are

Delay Tickets is an independent ticket request service based in Ireland, operating the website delaytickets.eu. We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, artists, venues or event organisers.

What we collect

If you fill in the contact form on this site, we collect:

your name
your email address
the event you are asking about, your budget range, and anything you write in the message field

If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram instead, we receive whatever your profile shows on those platforms plus the messages you send. Those services have their own privacy policies.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, bank details or identity documents through this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your request and to arrange tickets if we are able to. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email.
Netlify hosts this website.
Google Analytics collects anonymised usage statistics such as which pages are visited and roughly which country visitors come from. It does not receive your name or email address.

How long we keep it

We keep request emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form and we will action it. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. Google Analytics may set cookies to measure usage. You can block these in your browser settings or with a browser extension without affecting how the site works.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.
